Canada dog waste stations for condo corporations and BC strata

Scout Stations sells dog-waste stations into Canada. Scooponomics helps condo corporations — and British Columbia strata corporations — count cans and buy hardware from scoutstations.com. We do not run a Canadian emptying route.

Condo corporations, and strata in B.C.

Outside British Columbia, the buyer is usually a condo corporation or its property manager. In B.C., including Vancouver, the same job sits with a strata corporation and the common property it already maintains. The vocabulary changes; the station map does not invent itself.

High-rise amenity terraces, townhouse mews, and pathway-edge greens need different counts. We will not invent a provincial statute summary. Your manager already has the by-laws. This page is for hardware.

How to specify stations without a fake Canadian bid

Count existing dispensers. Walk the common elements. Use metres on a long path — a 120-metre cut-through is easy to under-serve with one can at the lobby. Order Scout stations for the gaps.

1. Property manager or board name, if Scout needs a ship-to contact.
2. Station count you can photograph.
3. Optional: the US planning calculator. The $15 / station / week line is US service planning for Nashville and Atlanta, not a Canadian scooping quote.

Bags and climate, kept general

Winter, rain, and freeze–thaw all punish a cheap post. Scout’s rotomolded station is the unit we point to. Bag planning stays at 0.5–1 roll per station per week. We do not list shipping prices to Canada or invent provincial waste rules.

Convert Scout’s listed hardware prices to Canadian dollars (C$) if the board packet needs local currency. Any converted figure is approximate. This is not a customs quote and not a weekly service rate.
